Varmetanken is a modern sauna at Tanken Arena, centrally located in Ål and right beside the river. It is a peaceful place to unwind, enjoy the view and cool down in the fresh mountain air or the water outside.
The sauna is fully heated when you arrive and accommodates up to 12 people. You can book an individual seat and share the experience with others, or reserve the entire sauna for friends, family or colleagues. Each session lasts 120 minutes.
Varmetanken is self-service and open daily from 6:00 AM to midnight. After booking, you will receive a personal access code by text message and email.
