Svai Sauna Årre is one of two saunas at Kulturhavna on the south side of Brosundet in Ålesund. The sauna holds around 80 °C, and the cold plunge takes place in a historic aquavit barrel over 50 years old, continuously filled with fresh seawater.
The facility has both indoor and outdoor changing rooms as well as a cold outdoor shower. Booking is done via svaisauna.no, drop-in or private session.
