Sola Strand Spa is located at the historic Sola Strand Hotel, right by Solastranden. The wellness department has saunas, a pool, a therapy bath with 200 jets, a cold plunge pool, a foot bath and relaxation areas. The spa has five treatment rooms and offers a selection of treatments for body and face.
The spa is open daily 07:00–22:00 with a minimum age of 16. External guests pay 450 NOK for two hours’ access. Family bathing is reserved for hotel guests Monday–Sunday 07:00–11:00 (250 NOK for adults and 100 NOK for children). One hour of spa is included when booking a treatment.
