Smeigedag Vennesla, also called Tømmerstokken, is a self-fired wood sauna on Storevollhei with views over the Venneslafjord. Guests arrive 60 minutes before the session to light the sauna themselves.
Capacity is 7 people for drop-in and 10 people for private hire. The place has a simple changing room, steps leading directly down into the water and free parking. There is no electricity or toilet on site, so a flashlight is recommended for evening visits.
