Sagene Folkebad is a historic public bathhouse from 1899, carefully restored in consultation with the city’s heritage authority and reopened by Oslo Badstuforening in spring 2025. The facility has two saunas with room for a total of 42 people, showers, a cold plunge and changing rooms with small lockable lockers. A 12.5-metre pool is available during parts of the sessions. Most sessions are open to all, but on Tuesdays and Fridays there are separate sessions for women/them and men/them. Aufguss rituals are held every Tuesday.
