Mad Goats has two saunas by the Sjoa river in Heidal, at their paddling base: Sjoa River Sauna, located on an old bridge pillar with a view right over the river, and Sjoa Forest Sauna in the forest nearby. Both offer the chance to cool off in the clear river water.
