Glød Badstue is a wood-fired sauna right by the sea on Herøy in Helgeland, with a view towards the Syv Søstre mountain range. Each booking lasts 2 hours, and guests fire up the stove themselves.
There is a simple changing room, an outdoor shower and direct access to the sea for a cold plunge or summer swimming.
