Bolkesjø Gaard is a family-run farm at the foot of Blefjell in Telemark, with history dating back to the Middle Ages. By Follsjø, about a hundred metres from the water’s edge, the farm has converted the old pigsty into a wood-fired sauna. Maximum room for 7 people.
Guests fire up the sauna themselves — firewood is available on site. In summer the sauna is nicely warm after about 45 minutes. A new bathroom and toilet are available in the barn, with a code lock for access.
