Kongen Marina offers a combined indoor and outdoor sauna experience at Frognerstranda, one of Oslo’s most scenic waterfront locations. The “Sauna Dome” — open year-round since 2020 — provides a unique setting where the city’s maritime heritage meets modern wellness culture.
The facility features a traditional sauna with direct access to the fjord for cold dipping. The outdoor deck area is perfect for cooling down between rounds while taking in views of the Oslofjord and passing boats.
Booking Options
- Shared sauna: Up to 10 guests can book together, or arrive for drop-in (subject to availability)
- Private sauna: Exclusive group booking for up to 12 people
- Beverages from the restaurant can be ordered during the session — no outside food or drinks
